Refund Policy

We offer refunds only in specific situations:

Change of Mind: If you change your mind within the first hour of placing your order, you may request a full refund. Afterward, a 25% processing fee will be applied.
Unsatisfactory Delivery: We are committed to your satisfaction and offer unlimited revisions to ensure your project meets your requirements. If, despite revisions, we fail to deliver according to your specifications, a refund may be processed based on mutual agreement.
Delivery Delay: We strive for timely delivery. If we fail to provide the requested service on time after multiple attempts to contact us, and you can provide evidence that the delay was our fault, a refund will be processed.

Refund Timeline:

Refund requests must be made within 120 days of payment.

Cases Where Refunds Will Not Be Issued:

Minor technical errors, such as grammar, typing, word count, or missing references, will be addressed through mutual agreement, with potential partial refunds or discounts for future orders.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the client.
Services obtained through third-party entities are not eligible for refunds.
We do not grant refunds for reasons other than dissatisfaction with the writing quality.
